We are seeking a Senior OHS Advisor to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) across OHS operations.

Job Description:

As a Senior OHS Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continually improving our OHS programs. You will work closely with various departments, advising on OHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate workplace hazards. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in maintaining compliance with OHS regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the State Government.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and address OHS needs.

  • Develop and maintain OHS policies and procedures.

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

  • Provide guidance on OHS compliance and best practices.

  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
