Your new company is a construction company working on a project in the Hills District, this is a permanent role for a passionate Safety Coordinator working on-site 5 days per week.

Your new role
In your new role you would be responsible for:

• Toolbox talks


• SWIMs reviews


• Audits & Inspections


• Coaching & assisting team on new Safety system


• Conducting risk assessments


• Supporting team with project delivery

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally:

• Have experience in a Safety role within the construction industry


• Have a coaching and mentorship approach to safety
