Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading not-for-profit organisation who operate within the age care sector. Providing services across ACT and NSW.

Your new role
You will be required to take the lead on the development of the organisations WHS strategic plan. You will be required to develop strategies and make recommendations to the senior management team. You will lead the organisation in developing tools for hazard identification, investigation and risk management as well as ensure effective consultation with employees on Work Health & Safety (WHS), Return To Work (RTW), Injury Management (IM) and Workers Compensation issues.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be 'solutions focused' and have the ability to prioritise tasks. You will have a strong background in developing HSQ management systems and hold a high-level understanding of work health and safety processes. You will be engaging and be able to confidently communicate and promote WHS across the organisation
