SHEQ Officer opportunity to assist with the implementation of safety initiatives across the business

Your new role
The primary purpose of the role will be to support the development and implementation of the safety strategy within the corporate business, supporting the business to identify risks and enhance their overall safety performance within the organisation. In relation to this, the role will contribute to the development of Workplace Health and Safety strategies and programs aligned with legislation to support the integrated Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management System. In addition, the role will also be involved in the training and coaching of all employees in the business driving improved levels of safety.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels across the organisation. You will have the knowledge and commitment to implement Workplace Health and Safety initiatives and Ethical practices. Strong organisational and analytical skills are essential along with Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety.
