RTW Coordinator

My client is seeking a vibrant, energetic and experienced RTW Coordinator to assist with all outstanding claims. You will be experienced in RTW and claims management with exposure to RTW process in other states.

You will need to be a self starter who is willing to hit the ground running and work on all areas of the claims process.  This is a vibrant team who are interested in hearing  your ideas on how to standardise the RTW process.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administer and follow up on outstanding actions identified in incident investigation reports and identify action required.
  • Maintain weekly contact with injured employees
  • Filing paperwork
  • Maintain regular contact with doctors, insurance providers, regional managers in regards to existing injuries and claims
  • Liaise with WorkCover
  • Maintain Injury Register
  • Providing advise and support to regional managers and assist with all legislation
  • Resolve OHS issues and act as a mediator to ensure issues are resolved without delay

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Understanding of RTW Legislation in NSW and preferably QLD and VIC
  • RTW Coordination certificate
  • Cert IV in OHS
  • Proactive, Time management skills
  • Team player
  • Energetic, Enthusiastic, Innovative
  • Want to have fun at work
  • Immediate Start
