Experienced Case Manager required for Southern Gold Coast business for 12 month contract.

Your new company

Situated in Southern Gold Coast and servicing the wider region, this large, multi-faceted organisation provides a range of diverse services to the public. Focused on providing a vibrant, prosperous and sustainable community, the organisation has strong values of leadership and community partnership. They are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Injury Management Consultant to join their team immediately. This is a contract role for approximately 12 months.

Your new role

You will be working within a close knit team of health professionals .Your main focus will be to manage an active caseload working with injured workers and other stakeholders driving successful RTW outcomes. You will need to liaise with injured employers, Mangers and medical practices regarding the RTW process and will do your best to ensure an efficient and seamless transition. Your communication and organisational skills will need to be exemplary and you will need to work well in a team environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful for this role you will have proactive approach to aiding injured workers in return to work programs, passion for the industry, strong communication skills both written and oral and extensive case management experience.
