About the Role
In this newly created role, you will facilitate and lead the implementation of:
 
    Community
  • Implement a Community strategy that leverages the strong foundations already established in volunteering, community giving and community grants
  • Design and integrate the Diversity and Inclusion aspirations in their community positioning and promotion of the Indigenous programs for communities  
     Wellbeing
  • Implement a Wellbeing strategy that leverages the wellbeing index and supports the health and wellbeing of their employees
  • Build strong networks to influence key internal stakeholders and motivate employees, increasing awareness and engagement in the effective implementation of the health and wellbeing framework which will promote a wellness culture
  • Lead the Disability strategy and framework   
About you
This business is pragmatic and customer centric at its core. Your experience will incorporate:
  • Experience in working with a range of organisations identifying, developing and implementing Community, Wellbeing and Inclusion strategies and outcomes
  • Significant and demonstrated experience of managing organisational development in complex environments
  • Project management for on-time and on budget delivery of agreed outcomes, including coordinating other people and tracking progress
  • Consult and advise stakeholders on initiatives that achieve social impact
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills (results will be delivered through influencing)
  • Communications and events management skills – production of materials, launch events, promoting success and preparedness to challenge
  • Facilitating groups to reach an outcome
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and manage expectations
