About the Role
Forming part of a newly created team you will report directly into the National Safety & Wellbeing Manager and be the key contact from an Health & Wellbeing perspective. As the subject matter expert you will Implement best practice injury management within the business units nationally. Lead and educate business leaders in the management of Return to Work and Injury Management and Provide guidance and expertise to business units on how to overcome injury management obstacles to ensure cost effective solutions. You will also drive early intervention strategies and be the driver for the Wellbeing program.

About Success
To see you successful in this role it is imperative you are people person with a warm and engaging approach. You will be a solid and effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will also display a passion and innovative approach to wellbeing.
  
Technically you will need 3-5 years recent injury management experience at either an employer or consultancy environment along with demonstrated experience in early intervention and pro-active injury management. Appropriate qualifications as Return to Work Coordinator is mandatory. Tertiary qualification in Allied Health/OT/Nursing/Psychology is also required
