Injury Management Role - Financial Sector
Your new company
As a nationally recognised financial services provider, this industry leading organisation has excelled in all aspects of the financial sector. Looking after their staff is a priority and that is reflected in the company’s ethos. They are now seeking to continue this by recruiting for an Injury Management Coordinator.
Your new role
Working within an engaging environment, you will be dealing with the end to end process within the return to work spectrum. Your role will entail the implementation of best practice injury management within the national organisation by developing relationships with and influencing behaviours of key stakeholders to achieve sustained rehabilitation of injured workers. Some travel is required.
What you'll need to succeed
A highly compassionate and collaborative personality. You will need to be able to multi task in a busy environment, whilst also taking the time to work with employees to bring them back to work in agreed timeframes. You will have relevant return to work qualifications as well as extensive experience in the field. Knowledge of all relevant legislation is a must as the role will see you dealing with cases across several states. An allied health background is preferred.
