Excellent opportunity in Sydney for a talented individual to join a growing organisation and excellent team. This role is vital to the continuing success of the safety function within this organisation and my client currently requires someone with strong reporting skills and a high attention to detail. Working closely with the Corporate Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for producing health and safety reports and analysis for the Executive Board. You will also develop information systems to capture key information as well as developing new policies, procedures, plans and communication materials to support business units manage health and safety.

In this challenging role you will also be responsible for wide variety of duties that will include:

• Analysing data
• Producing reports
• Providing administrative support on key projects
• Coordinating training courses
• Supporting the OHS function to maintain / improve safety standards
• Research on a variety of tasks

The key focus within this role will be dealing with reports and managing data so this will ideally suit someone who is comfortable within this setting.

• What were looking for?
• Experience dealing with numbers / data
• Tertiary health and safety or business related qualification
• High attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of both Excel and Access is highly desireable
• Experience working in / and an interest in OHS preferable
• Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach
