An exciting opportunity has emerged in a scenic surrounding agency located in the Central of Canberra

Your new company
This Commonwealth agency is located in Canberra's Central. A leading organisation that is committed to identifying and implementing innovative ways to support to the constitutional, statutory, ceremonial and public duties. Providing direct support through the provision of human resource management, WHS advisory, information & communication technology management, property, project management and security.

Your new role

  • Development of policy and practices
  • Organisational establishment planning and workflow processes
  • Employee safety, welfare, compensation, wellness and health
  • Enterprise agreement implementation and negotiation and industrial relations issues
  • Performance management and improvement processes
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Providing advice on HR matters
  • Representing the Office at meetings and forums


What you'll need to succeed

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing/leading a team.
  • Capacity to efficiently manage multiple competing demands
  • Resilience and drive.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Open and approachable
